The new five-door Up hatch will cost £397 more than the three-door Up on the Continent; UK prices have yet to be revealed, but the three-door will kick off at £7995 when sales start on 6 March 2012. Land Rover has revealed the Range Rover Westminster to replace the Vogue and upgraded Autobiography models, marking the end of the current Range Rover. Back in 2001, when the last Range Rover was coming to the end of its life, Land Rover delivered the Range Rover Westminster as a run-out model. And here we are, ten years after the launch of the current Range Rover, and Land Rover has dusted off the Westminster moniker to signal the end of the current Range Rover.
Chrysler Group is making strides to improve handling and performance of its vehicles, but the gains vary from model to model, according to tests by Consumer Reports magazine. The magazine said Tuesday that its recent tests of eight 2011 Chrysler Group models found advances in performance, interior fit and finish and handling. But it said the level of refinement in some vehicles still lags behind rivals.
